Registration is required for all attendees, including both delegates presenting papers, posters, or workshops, and non-presenting delegates. To register, simply click on the button on the right. The registration deadline is 12 November 2024.

The conference fees are as follows:
Full member: R2000
Non-member: R2500
Students: R1000
Exhibitors: R3000

In case you need an invoice

For those needing an invoice to facilitate payment, please email the Secretariat at saastec1@gmail.com with the following information:

1. Legal name of the organisation (for invoicing)
2. Contact person’s name
3. Organisation’s physical address
4. Contact person’s email address
5. Number of delegates attending from the organisation (Note: each delegate is also required to complete the registration form individually)

Once payment has been made, please send proof of payment to the Secretariat.
